Lately, I have become incredibly busy...so I've decided to add to yet another project to zap my time. Against all odds, I have decided to write a blog! For the rest of my undergraduate "career" at Georgia Tech, I will be chronicling my experiences, projects, and anything else that seems worthy.
I hope maintaining this blog will not only give me some measure of discipline, but will also allow me to keep my friends, family, and supporters up to date about my life...at least some portions of it. I can't reveal everything ;)...
Before I begin, a proper introduction might be suitable. For those who don't know, I consider myself "Ghanaidian ". Because I was born in Edmonton , Alberta and I am ethnically Ghanaian, I feel the description works. Since becoming naturalized in 2005, I am now officially a Ghanaidian American eager to learn as much as I can and have a lasting impact on ultimately the world and currently Georgia Tech.
(I was eager to learn and etc. before becoming American)
I have had the pleasure of being raised in an environment where the arts and the sciences where championed by my parents----- my father, a brilliant professor of Medicinal Chemistry and my mother, an amazingly talented artist. My older brother made things interesting too, especially when we were younger.
As this blog evolves you will find out more about my hobbies, but in case you want a taste I enjoy the following:
`POLE VAULTING -I want to vault for Ghana in the Olympics
`Vowing to go the the gym more often
`Web Design
`creating new online projects with drupal, my first love
`skateboarding, every so often if I see skaters on campus I'll join in. So far the count is 5 random encounters
`playing guitar - hopefully I'll be doing more of that next semester
`programming -even though I can be very illogical
`fishing...I've been once ,but it was WONDERFUL!(thank you Shelby)
`trying to learn piano
`releasing t-cells haha...laughing :D!
At the moment I'm trying to decide between getting a BS. in Computer Science or Computational Media. The struggle continues. Cruelty, thy name is Georgia Tech Registration or maybe final projects. Apparently, cruelty has many aliases, and I'm sure I will be adding more.
